Job Title: Data Officer
The position entails registering clients, compilation of client data and ensuring orderliness of the medical records room; The data officer will be required to scrutinize all data collected in preparation for data capture. Enter data into the appropriate software,
Participate In analysis of data generated from the circumcision.


Job Responsibilities:
• Register all Clients that come for circumcision.
• Records client visits and other registration data in appropriate books
• Pulls client files for the clinic day
• Files all client files at completion of the clinic
• Ensures medical records room is orderly and all files accounted for
• Provides clerical and data management assistance
• Assist in inputting of clerical data using processing system
• Maintain data for input into the data processing system
• Review data for accuracy and completeness, identifying errors
• Participate in analysis and interpretation of data collection
• Ensure proper data in both soft and hard copies
• Completes other duties as directed by nursing officer

Job requirement

Education and Experience:
• Diploma in Information technology or information systems or computer science
• Two years working experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft word, excel, access and power point
