Job Title: Community Development Facilitator
No. of Positions: 03
Duty Station: Mbale (01) district and Wakiso (02)


Main Job Purpose:
 To enable children in programme link with their sponsors and live a quality life socially, economically, spiritually, physically ang grow into mature responsible adults in future.
 To facilitate the formation and strengthening of self Help Groups by offering guidance and capacity building to enhance sustainable community development initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
I. A Degree in development studies, social Work, Education and experience of a least two years in project implementation.
II. Considerable knowledge in Children’s rights, Youths and Women groups, project implementation, monitoring project activities and report writing skills.
III. Ability to work under minimum supervision and reside in a rural community
