Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job purpose:
The personal assistant reporting to the Managing Director will be fully responsible for managing both the administrative and secretarial functions in the managing director's office.

Supervises and oversees use of office supplies
Sets up mail dispatch system and procedure
Provides administrative, secretarial and logistical support to the Managing Director
Prepares and types communication material and correspondences as directed by the Managing Director
Provides and responds to routine information needs and inquires
• Organizes the Managing director's travel, booking of flights and hotels
• Tracks and ensures proper flow of documents that are forwarded to the Managing Director for approval and ensures the documents get to respective officers in time
• Ensures accurate and up to date record keeping/filing Responsible for keeping the Managing Director's Office and front office tidy
• Attending to the Managing Director's Visitor's and keeping Track of all his appointments.

Job requirement

Qualifications/ experience and competencies:
• Degree in Secretarial Studies or related qualification
• Experience working as a personal assistant in a reputable company
• Good command of the English language both written and spoken
•Excellent communication styles
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
