Job Title: Retail/ Floor Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for smooth operations and sales of the retail outlet.
2. Provide product training and ensure staffs are equipped with strong product knowledge
3. Provide excellent customer service training to all staff and ensure customer satisfaction
4. Effective management and recruitment of team players, motivating and correcting staff, roster allocation and building team spirit.

Qualifications/Requirements
1. A University degree in a relevant subject with proven management and marketing
2. Minimum 3 years of retail management experience at managerial level.
3. Able to lead team and demonstrate high business acumen,
4. Enable to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
