Human Resource/ Administration Officer Job at Insurance Regulatory Authority of Uganda

Job Title: Human Resource/ Administration Officer
Reports to: Manager human Resource
Purpose of the Job:
To provide HR and Administrative support in the areas of office supervision and Human resource management

Major Duties:
• Supervises all support staff e.g. drivers, office assistants, receptionist and ensure that they carry out their duties to the level expected
• Ensures that office equipment and machines are in serviceable condition i.e. breakdowns are attended to with minimum delay and machines are serviced according to manuals
• Facilitate staff training
• Reviews administrative /HR Policies
• Maintains Staff records concerning personnel related data

Person Specifications:
• At least a Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related degree
• Working experience of at least 3 years
