Secretary Job in Uganda at Insurance Regulatory Authority

Job Title: Secretary (2)
Reports to: HR/ Administration Officer

Purpose of the Job:
To do Office management, take dictation and type documents as required
Major Duties:
• Carries out Office administration
• Takes dictation
• Types documents, performs public relations work in the office and makes appointments for the boss
• Maintains an efficient document and filling system through indexing, referencing
• Carries out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Person Specifications:
• At least a degree in secretarial Studies
• At least 2 years work experience in a similar position in reputable organization
• Pleasant personality
