Job Title: ICT Officer

Reports to: Asst Director Market Research & Development

Purpose of the Job:
To manage, develop and maintain the ICT system.

Main responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to support ICT service level agreements
• Formulate proposals, processes and policies for ICT Planning
• Train staff about uses of existing and new technology
• Install network services

Person Specifications:
• At least a Bachelors Degree in, computer Science or information Technology or in a related field
• At least 3 years experience in ICT
