Job Title: Customer Care Officer
Reports To: Clinic Administrator.
Job Purpose
• To effectively manage and continuously improve the Customer Care function.
Main Accountabilities
• To manage the cash payment system
• To manage the reception area.
• To manage the patients' record keeping system.
• To requisition, store and monitor the Customer Care function's supplies.
• To fine manage the Cleaners and Security Personnel,
Qualification, Skills and Experience Essential
A diploma in any discipline from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 1 years working experience
Computer literacy.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Healthcare environment. Customer service training. Experience in cash management.
