Brief Description



Supervise security activities to ensure security of aircraft, passenger, baggage, cargo and other company property against unlawful interference, including terrorism, sabotage, drug trafficking and theft.





Detailed Description



1. Effectively deploy security agent at all critical areas of operation to ensure security of aircraft, passengers, baggage, cargo and other property.

2. Brief and debrief security agents and 3rd party security on security matters to ensure they understand and implement the instructions.

3. Ensure safe and secure handling and carriage of firearms in compliance with company security program

4. Ensure safe custody and accountability of Lost and Found property until reclaimed by the rightful owner or otherwise disposed off according to regulatory requirement

5. Prepare daily shift security operations report to ensure that there is proper follow up and action on any issues arising in course of duty

6. Conduct preliminary investigation on all detected/reported cases to ensure speedy conclusion and forwarding of the report to the Management

7. Collate and relay intelligence from operations to ensure detection and prevention of crimes

8. Liaise and coordinate with Duty Officers of other security Agencies and operations sections to ensure quick action on all security matters

9. Promote cohesion among and continuously review shift members performance to ensure effectiveness and integrity

Job Requirements



Knowledge, Skills, Experience

· High School with C+ or equivalent

* AVSEC Basic 123
* Basic Investigation course
* IT proficiency
* Excellent communication and Interpersonal
* Analytical, planning and organizational
* Criminal procedure, penal code and evidence act.
* 4 Years in aviation security
